All changes have been tested on local servers to ensure compatibility.

• Fixed an issue where the apply message was missing in regions affected by the water-lane-filter
• Increased the damage resistance effect provided by the spawn-kit from 4s to 4.5s
• Adjusted the blocks provided by the kill-reward to 1/4 of those provided by the spawn-kit
• Reduced the bossbar display time before the water lane is placed from 5min to 3min
• Replaced one awkwardly placed dirt block in the map file with a grass block
• Cleaned up the XML, improved convenience, and fixed minor issues
